I won buy-in from leadership, drove the new system’s implementation, and introduced modules for areas including tax, the Affordable Care Act, and end-of-year reporting, driving significant cost savings. • Recognizing the untapped potential of the Paylocity HR and payroll solution at the LifeCenter Organ Donor Network for the Employers Resource Association (ERA), enabling W-2 and Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting and paperless applications, interviews, background checks, drug screenings, onboarding documentation, and orientation processes. • Employing my forward-thinking mindset and systems expertise to establish electronic benefits carrier connections at Restoration Parts Unlimited.
