About Lisbeth Grastrup

I hold a Master’s degree in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and communication has always been the focal point of my career. For several years I have worked as PA and Executive Assistant in both national and international companies. I have experience in both start-ups and larger international companies, and throughout my career, I have successfully handled tasks related to communication, HR, sales, and marketing. I am known for being proactive and efficient and some of my accomplishments include driving internal projects, serving as a trusted sparring partner and advisor to the CEO and other executives, preparing minutes and decision briefs, planning and facilitating executive meetings, conveying communication from leadership to employees, and acting as sparring partner on organizational and strategic development. I have also successfully contributed by being a writer and coordinator on various business and strategic plans, as well as presentations.
