The primary purpose of the position is sourcing and management of subcontracted production of semi-finished and finished goods globally. To evaluate and implement external sourcing alternatives with comprehensive make/buy analyses, and to define and document the related processes.• Proactive monitoring of market offering in relation to new suppliers and services• Finding suppliers and subcontractors that can provide solutions that meet Altia’s cost, quality, and performance requirements• Developing profitable collaboration and partnership with existing and new suppliers• Planning and leading negotiations with suppliers and finalizing contractual documents Managing the supplier relationship, contractual and cost performance, and having overall operative control and management of selected suppliers• Active developing of subcontracting processes and proactive cooperation.• Maintaining knowledge of internal and external production possibilities, and providing external production benchmark data• Participate new product development.• New product introduction process to subcontractor.Key relations and networks-• Product development and sourcing teams in multiple locations• Sales and marketing teams in multiple locations• Production and logistics teams at bottling plants and logistics centers• Finance• Existing and new subcontractors and suppliers globally• Logistics service providers• Legal dept.
