About Lisette Budding

I have always had an interest in people; why they do what they do, what thrives them. Why people in similar circumstances make different choices, and so on. At the same time I think work is a place where people can show their qualities, can have a lot of fun and develop themselves. And have an income of course! But it's not always as simple as that; you can struggle with your job, have a lot of stress and you can wonder if, what you are doing, is really what you enjoy to do, I want to coach you in a way that you can make the choices that make you happy again. So you can be who you really are. Listening, pragmatic, involved and empathic; that is my way of coaching. But I can also be the one given you difficult questions which are confronting. With specific assessments or assignments I coach to find the answers on your questions. Those questions are related to your career, personal development and/or vitality. Sessions can be held at the Coachhuis or we walk. Walking gives you the opportunity to clear your mind and speak out in the open.
