About Lison Dalby

I'm currently in my final year at Polytech Lille, completing an apprenticeship training in industrial engineering. I'm looking for a VIE in project management, or a graduate program from October 2025. With my experience since 2021 at VPK Packaging France as an apprentice continuous improvement engineer, I think I'll be able to help you carry out tasks to improve your company's productivity. Over the last few years, I've been involved in a number of projects at the Lille plant, such as the complete implementation of continuous improvement, from 5S projects to the implementation of DMAIC action plans on machines, drafting of complete procedures and the organisation and management of Kaizen. I'm a hardworking person, highly motivated by the idea of being able to use my skills to work in a new company. I am a fast-learner with good communication skills, in French or English, and I'm able to work in a fast-paced environment.
