About Listyowati Wardani

I started my career journey in the IT world as Quality Assurance for 5 years and handling a variety of clients, both local and international. In 2020, I joined IDStar and assumed the responsibility as Quality Assurance in a banking project for 2.5 years. I act as a Team Leader responsible for team operational monitoring and administration. It was here that I honed my leadership skills. I also coordinate with managers to address issues and prevent potential problems, as well as ensure the team achieves KPI targets and meets client needs. In 2022, I got promoted to Professional Service Manager. My duties include managing service department operations, delegation of tasks and plans to Team Leaders to ensure smooth leadership activities, negotiating solutions to various problems according to company policies and procedures, and ensuring consultant performance meets client expectations. I oversee a team of around 100 employees within the organizational structure.
