Successfully transformed the system engineering team to meet customers’ needs within 6 months by identifying the team’s capability gaps and implementing the appropriate skills development. Successfully mitigated high cost impact, worth of USD 2m from 2 clients, by negotiating with customer to pay for additional million-dollar development work that were not scoped during RFQ. Successfully won a RFQ (Request for Quote) for a globally launched radio project with a local team of 5 members.(typically needing more than 10 members).
