About Litza Pease

I am very interested in different opportunities because I enjoy empowering people to become their very best. It brings me personal joy to help people use their strengths and empower them on their weakness by being supportive and a positive leader. My background in mentoring our younger generation to be independent and have strong work ethic. By empowering others, we can change our world. I have learned that all human beings just want to be understood and heard. My learning style is hands on but also most importantly continuous education in our industry, economics and current state of affairs. Team unity is crucial for an organization to become stable. Working on my own allows me to reflect on myself to become a stronger individual and build future leaders. My goal is to be apart of a growing organization. I am an outgoing, ambitious and assertive individual, which makes me well-suited for a leadership role. I thrive in fast-paced goal-oriented companies. I look forward to stepping into the next door that is opening for me.
