With over two years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, I am passionate about using data to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction. I have a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Arizona State University, and a domain expertise in clinical research and eye health. I joined Polara Health in October 2022 as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where I applied my analytical skills and knowledge to create impactful reports and insights for various mental health service programs. I value working in a collaborative and innovative environment, where I can contribute to the organization's mission of providing high-quality and accessible care to diverse populations.At Polara Health, I performed comprehensive analyses using advanced analytical tools, such as PivotTables, MS Excel formulas, charts, and dashboards, to evaluate the efficacy of clinical treatments and monitor the performance metrics of mental health services. I generated actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize patient care strategies. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams on various projects, focusing on data collection and supporting service program improvements. I left Polara Health in October 2023, after completing a successful contract. Prior to Polara Health, I worked as a Clinical Research Data Assistant and an Activity Planner at Xiamen Eye Center of Xiamen University, where I gained valuable experience in data management, CRM, presentations, and customer relationship building.
