About Liviu Manea

I started working part time for a French company during my last university years. Company was exporting wooden houses structures and my role was to ensure that products were 100% compliant when leaving the romanian factory. When graduating I needed a full time job, that could provide me the means to learn new skills and improve the ones I have. Therefore I accepted the challenge of working abroad. I was delegated to France for building wood houses. I started as a site worker and during the last projects I was project manager for 4 sites, leading multiple teams, meaning around 70 people in total. It was the moment to step up and experience the life in a bigger organisation. Starting again from the bottom and building new skills and learning about "think big" business approach. After a couple of years being a Designer, developing German language skills and being trained in leadership and management, I took over a German support branch of our company. Some time has passed and the company needed me to take over a key account manager role. Working with external client: challenge accepted! Since then, several new contracts have been signed and I am now working with clients world wide. Being an English, French and German speaker, makes it easier to liaise with our partners.
