About Liz Atkinson

At Colliers, my role focuses on driving our 2025 growth strategy, particularly in enabling efficiency, productivity, profitability and growth. Another key part of my role involves building a performance management culture and system across EMEA. I lead transformation and change projects, and foster integration and collaboration within the Operations Leadership Community for the region. I work closely with the EMEA Board, to prioritise and bring operational excellence and strategic solutions. Prior to that, I worked within the Operational Restructuring team at PwC. I specialised in the turnaround and transformation of private and public organisations. I worked with a variety of organisations to drive operational change, facilitate business planning, reduce costs and increase cash. I worked very closely alongside management to ensure the 'buy-in' of the organisation, and to encourage a pragmatic approach to prioritising 'quick win' cash conservation or cost reduction options that can be rapidly implemented. This gives management confidence to make tough decisions and drive through change at pace. I am ICAEW qualified accountant (ACA) and at PwC, I also spent around 4 years working with clients in Audit and Assurance. In my experience at Pwc, I worked with a variety of clients of all sizes and sectors (retail, advertising, professional services, banking, manufacturing, public sector etc).
