As the Grant & Donor Services Manager at the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana, I bring a diverse background that bridges nonprofit leadership. My multidisciplinary experience allows me to build meaningful connections with donors, partners, and the communities we serve. With a foundation in therapeutic behavior counseling for adolescents and a strong track record in administrative and HR support, I’ve developed a keen understanding of people, systems, and sustainable impact. Holding a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, I thrive in collaborative environments that require adaptability, critical thinking, and a people-centered approach. My commitment to community empowerment and personal growth has been recognized through honors such as the News & Tribune’s Top 20 Under 40 and induction into the National Honor Society for Leadership and Success.
