About Liz Davis

I love all things Talent Management and HR Technology.and I never thought I'd end up in this space. Call it divine intervention or just good timing, but I've been fortunate to be able to work for a number of different early stage companies. They afforded me the opportunity to build my skills in customer support and strategic partnerships, which eventually led to roles in account management and customer success. These varied perspectives have been invaluable for me in my professional development, and have really instilled a customer-centric mentality in everything I do. I believe in getting to WHY, so I ask my clients a lot of questions - maybe sometimes too many - but it's because I want to make sure I'm able to guide them to the outcome they're looking for - their WHY (not mine). I'm not afraid to challenge and suggest another way to do something, and I'm able to do that by earning their trust and respect. They know I'll tell them the truth, even if it isn't what they want to hear. It's always my goal to deliver value, help solve problems, and foster long-term relationships. It's why I love what I do!
