About Liz Eckert

I help organisations to be clear about what they want, and then work with the untapped potential within their teams to design ways to make it happen. It is my experience that the majority of organisations already have the solutions to their problems, but they just don't know it yet. Rather than arrive with a list of off-the-shelf options as a business consultancy would, I work with the staff to harness their creativity and set out their own programme of improvements. In this way they are engaged and feel like they are making a difference - something that we all like! I particularly enjoy working with ambitious organisations that are happy to move with pace towards their goals, once clear. It is always impressive how quickly positive change can happen if there is a will. I also like getting to grips with programmes of work that are in need of re-focussing to deliver improvement as I enjoy the challenge of understanding the issues and finding tactical, interesting ways to get around them. I am very fortunate that my job enables me to work with a variety of organisations and stakeholders, and like bringing great ideas with me and continuously developing my approach. I take a very hands-on approach and carry out most of the assignments myself, but I am fortunate in that I have built a network of wonderful associates that can also be on hand to help. This includes- Individual executive and senior management coaching - Motivational mapping - Programme and project management - Turnaround support - Operational delivery I also have access to a large pool of interims and trusted agencies, so can help with short-term resourcing issues where additional capacity is required to ensure delivery.
