Liz is an experienced, results-driven healthcare leader skilled in operations, process improvement, strategic planning, clinical integration and physician partnerships. She has led diverse teams, including physicians, clinicians, and managers to implement service line strategies large health systems. Liz has managed diverse groups of stakeholders to accomplish operational initiatives, including more than tripling patient volumes from outlying communities and building relationships with physicians and staff in those communities. She has successfully managed and completed several multi-million dollar capital projects from business case development to operational completion, on-time and on-budget. Liz has led lean projects and process improvement initiatives.
