Marketing is my jam. As the Head of Marketing at Fluid, I leverage my 10+ years of experience to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth. I oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, content, and offline channels, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. In my previous role as the Marketing Manager at I-COM, I managed an annual marketing budget of £80K and delivered leads through a multi-channel approach, including email marketing, digital, social media, PR, events, SEO, and content. I also project-managed the delivery of a rebranded, SEO/UX-optimised website, significantly enhancing the user experience and conversion rate. I led the internal PPC and content marketing team and worked cross-departmentally with the MD, sales, and technical teams to achieve key performance targets and stakeholder satisfaction. I follow a 'humans-come-first' approach to marketing strategy, planning, and delivery, and I'm passionate about marketing, sustainability, theatre, hiking, and going on adventures with my wife and dog Betty.
