In my current role as the Director of Growth Strategy at Valor in Fort Worth, I play a pivotal role in developing and executing the customer journey, marketing and growth strategy planning, and business continuity plans. I am driving significant growth in new client business through strategic marketing campaigns. Additionally, I'm responsible for the implementation and adoption of the Salesforce platform and the aggregation and analysis of data for powerful business intelligence dashboards. My leadership at Valor underscores my dedication to strategy execution and continuous improvement. Prior to my position at Valor, I held influential roles at ResourceX in Denver, where I made substantial contributions to the company's growth and operational efficiency. As the Director of Marketing and Operations, I led the implementation of HubSpot CRM and CMS, orchestrated a comprehensive brand redesign, and managed the inaugural marketing department. In my role as Head of Marketing, I successfully produced annual leadership summits and fostered strategic partnerships. As the Product Innovation Manager, I played a crucial role in revitalizing proprietary scenario planning software and reducing implementation timelines. Throughout my tenure at ResourceX, I demonstrated a keen ability to drive organizational restructuring, critical leadership recruitment, and comprehensive brand overhauls.
