Passionate about using data to drive improvements in business outcomes and outcomes for their stakeholders as well as finding opportunities to do things differently, particularly using technology solutions.I have a background in clinical research and higher education, and more recently have been working in health and workers compensation. I thrive on learning, and enjoy both by researching and real life testing.I utilise my scientific training and application of data derived insights to better understand business problems and to design, test, implement and evaluate innovative solutions that meet the needs of identified stakeholders.I have been instrumental in leading a major change programs, achieving coherent and consistently high quality in different work environments. My experience includes application of human centred design principles, policy and process optimisation. I believe engaging all relevant stakeholders and working to build a shared vision around service standards and aspirational outcomes is key to creating meaningful change that meets the needs of service users.
