I have significant expertise in designing and implementing community and organisational based projects and delivery alongside the public, charity and social enterprise sector. Bring Kindness closer to the heart of we be together in the workplace with BeHumankind Find solutions and innovations for self-directed support and strengths based approaches. Facilitate Person Centred Plans, Circles of Support, Community Asset Mapping and Community Circles. Represent complex ideas and demonstrate true engagement through capturing conversations and contributions using Graphic Facilitation. The people I have worked with in the past have said how I helped to open up their thinking to be able to see new possibilities and how I have worked with them to overcome resistance to change to achieve real and positive outcomes – whilst having fun along the way. I also love music, I play the bass guitar, I am a fledging ceramic artist, I enjoy travelling, especially around the UK and meeting new people.
