I'm an infectiously positive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist who has a passion for people. I find satisfaction in creating raving fans and am easily able to adapt to new and ever changing circumstances. Building relationships and managing is where I thrive and I love nothing more than seeing people succeed. I jump at any opportunity to engage with a company and learn more about those around me - I've been an active member of the Social Committee at every organization I've worked for and am proud to say I'm an advocate for a vibrant culture and will do whatever I can to help influence this. When I'm not busy making clients fall in love with my company or cheering on my team for another win, I can be found enjoying the lights of the stage performing in local Musical Theatre. Not only is this a (some might say, cheesy) hobby, but has provided me the experience and skills required to confidently speak, present, coach and lead no matter how many people are in the room or how high the pressure. Offering 24 years of experience in Customer Service roles, 18 of those spent in the homebuilding industry, I've perfected the art of customer engagement and satisfaction. I have been nominated numerous times for customer service excellence, have received formal recognition from my peers and am continuing to create memorable experiences at every opportunity.
