About Liz Lynch

Operations and Delivery Executive bringing 20+ years in technology and services, including 15 years leading teams, leaders, and operational organisations in regulated and dynamic environments. I lead multi-disciplinary teams across Europe, creating the clarity and operating structure required to scale. In my current role, I serve as a member of the executive leadership team, working closely with peers across functions to turn strategy into execution and deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, operational performance and business outcomes. My background spans global enterprises and scaling organisations, with responsibility for managed services, consulting, professional services, product development and pre-sales. I am particularly effective where technology, process maturity, and organisational change must advance together, especially during transformation, integration or rapid growth.
