About Liz Mearns

With a 14 year foundation in Financial Services at Lloyds Banking Group, where I supported key Joint Venture partnerships in Retail Banking, I developed a deep appreciation for strategic collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked as an Executive and Career Coach, supporting mid-senior professionals, leaders, and returners to navigate career transitions, accelerate growth, and build fulfilling careers. My coaching blends career strategy with mindset development, helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and momentum. I’m an experienced Executive Coach, Learning & Development Consultant, and NLP Master Practitioner, passionate about group facilitation, 1:1 coaching, and speaking engagements. Highlights include speaking at TEDx and regularly presenting for women’s networks at Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG, and Royal Bank of Scotland. My coaching specialisms include: • Leadership development and executive presence • Career change coaching and return-to-work support • Personal branding, interview preparation, and promotion readiness • Work-life balance, resilience, and healthy boundaries As a coach, I act as a thinking partner, helping clients cut through mental clutter, build emotional intelligence, and take meaningful action. Whether you're preparing for a promotion, returning to work, or stepping into a leadership role, I’d love to connect.
