I love using technology to delight customers - removing barriers, finding solutions and providing support. Ordering a pizza to go with your movie, delivering content on demand at home and more recently harnessing the speed and impartiality of AI to give our test takers the accurate results they need faster than anyone else whilst driving profit growth. A positive and people focused leader and product manager with a strong commitment to creating an open and equitable team culture to promote learning, self-development and career progression. An accredited Executive Coach, I also provide coaching to those seeking to accomplish change, progression or greater insights into their own professional and leadership journeys, with a particular focus on parental transition and menopause. Over 20 years experience leading cross-functional dispersed teams to deliver high quality digital products across multiple veriticals including e-learning, interactive TV and video on demand. Capable of inspiring and influencing at all levels, with highly developed written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. My current role as Senior Director, Product Management for High Stakes English Assessment is to understand what our test takers care about, what challenges they face and how we can help them move forward and achieve their next step to live or study abroad. Customer centric and data driven, my aim is to create a world class customer experience for all PTE test takers.
