Atuo em Talent Acquisition para posições operacionais, estratégicas e executivas em diversos setores, já tendo conduzido processos no Brasil, Bolívia, Paraguai, Uruguai, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colômbia, Panamá e México.Tenho também experiência como HR Business Partner e em Treinamentos, além de ter implementado do zero o processo de entrevistas de desligamento na empresa.
