Whether closing and reopening 230+ offices in response to Covid-19, or navigating business growth through acquisition, I strive to exceed expectations for all stakeholders. I lead by consensus but can be decisive when needed. I am persistent, transparent, and lead by example with high expectations for myself and my team. I have a passion for continuous learning, drive sustainable productivity, and have genuine concern for those I work with and those I serve.
