As a highly innovative content professional, I have 15+ years of experience in content strategy development, technical writing, copywriting, and information mapping—all of which have helped me and my team build best-in-class user experiences at Facebook and at Grainger, the 11th largest North American eCommerce site.I’ve worked at complex eCommerce companies (Amazon) and in complex sectors (Integrity division of Meta), and have a knack for converting complicated subject matter into easy-to-understand content and smooth user journeys.Content design is a team effort!(But that doesn’t make it easy.) I’ve flexed my ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ leadership skills through my ability to lead cross-functionally as well as be a direct people manager. I’ve helped create new departments, built new teams, ideated and implemented new processes, and strengthened old content development processes.
