Liz is a public affairs, communications and reputation strategist with more than two decades of experience navigating politics and government, the media and highly regulated industries, and corporate and nonprofit sectors. She helps global organizations, particularly those facing reputational challenges in an increasingly unpredictable era, solve existential problems and change attitudes among policymakers, the public and other stakeholders by developing and implementing integrated brand and advocacy campaigns. Her experience spans a range of sectors, including health care, financial services, insurance, private equity, energy, technology, retail, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, utilities and manufacturing. Both a leader and a manager, she understands the nexus of business, public policy and the media. She helps steer organizations through such complicated dynamics to protect, repair and improve their reputations and accomplish strategic business objectives by mitigating risks and seizing opportunities. Passionate about talent recruitment and professional development, she has run and managed cross-functional teams of up to 75 people on U.S. and worldwide projects for global companies. She is an expert in crisis response, from covering breaking news to overseeing incident communications, and she has significant experience in litigation, regulatory and legislative advocacy. She also teaches a graduate-level course she developed about public policy in the private sector.
