When my daughter first asked me what I did at work, I told her that I juggle Jell-O. Client and business needs and challenges are constantly moving and changing, evolving and shifting – so are the technologies and resources we use to solve and address these needs and problems. I design, develop, and implement strategic growth programs. I increase mindshare to drive market share. I take the time to know my clients and to truly understand their business needs and issues. I always ask why. All smart and strategic people do; we learn this when we are children. For nearly 30 years, I have worked with professional services firms on all aspects of the strategic growth cycle within professional services firms, including business development, client relations, sales, marketing, and communications. Knowing when and where mindshare and market share intersect to drive a business and mindset forward creates opportunities for innovation and results. This is my specialty, and I consistently deliver superior results and service. I have experience leading teams and initiatives of all sizes and stages, and I have worked with executive teams and boards and directly with
