As General Counsel to nonprofit organizations, I provide advice to the Executive team, Senior Management, and the Board of Directors on a range of issues including labor relations, human resources, employment law, general corporate, tax-exempt compliance, campaign finance, lobbying disclosure, contracts and leases, grant applications and reporting, Board management, liability management and institutional risk, and I monitor and all legal developments impacting program and organizational structure, among others. I have experience guiding organizational leadership in a manner that supports growth and manages risk. I pride myself in my ability to provide cross-functional support with a solution oriented lens. I am exceptionally organized and accustomed to handling complex legal issues in diverse areas of the law.
