About Liz Walmsley

I help people who are at a crossroads in their lives or who are feeling stuck, frustrated and not sure how to move forward. Coaching is about investing in a journey of self discovery, giving yourself the time and focused support to sort out the spaghetti in your head, to work out what you really want (and why) and then to have the confidence to move forward in the direction that is right for you. I particularly encourage coaching while walking as there are so many benefits to being out in the fresh air and it really helps you to move forward mentally, physically and metaphorically. I offer a free, no obligation consultation to answer any questions about coaching and if it is the right investment for you. Success comes in many different shapes and sizes and everybody should have - and can have - the opportunity to maximise their talents and perform at their best in work and in life. That is what I believe and what I can help both individuals and organisations to achieve. After a successful career in higher level leadership and management, ultimately driving the transformation of people’s approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, I chose to step out and maximise my talent in helping others to achieve theirs through personal development and life coaching. Fully qualified and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, my straightforward, conversational approach enables clients to truly explore possibilities; I then facilitate the process of turning those possibilities into practical action that delivers results. My coaching while walking sessions provide the ideal opportunity to improve individual and corporate well-being. I firmly believe in the importance of giving back to the community. I am a trustee and Honorary Treasurer of the Women’s Royal Naval Service Benevolent Trust. As a volunteer mentor for The Girls Network, I am privileged to help young girls to develop life skills and have confidence with what they want for the future.
