As an Associate Account Manager I work closely with the Berkley Connect Broker to service insurance policies written for Berkley Connect trading partners with Berkley sister companies. I service multiple lines of business including Business Auto, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability, Pollution Liability, Product Recall, Directors & Officers, and Employment Practices Liability. I apply my expertise in insurance to ensure compliance with Surplus Lines regulations, complete Agency appointments, interact with external brokers and internal underwriters to process all service requests. I have over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on E&S Lines and casualty insurance. I am a solutions-driven and industry-focused underwriting professional who continuously monitors key performance indicators, develops relationships, and achieves individual and unit production goals. I am passionate about delivering quality service and value to clients and partners, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and industry standards.
