About Liza Morgan

With over 17 years of experience in oncology clinical research, my core competencies lie in leading the clinical trial team during the execution of our clinical trials. At Novartis Oncology, our mission is to pioneer advancements in cancer treatment, and my roles in clinical trial leadership is to drive this mission forward. I bring a unique perspective to our team, with a commitment to excellence and a depth understanding of clinical trials, regulatory requirements and data management. My tenure at Novartis Oncology has been marked by overseeing critical phases of clinical trials (from FIH to Phase IV), ensuring meticulous study start-up, execution, and final reporting. As an Associate Director, I honed my skills by managing Investigator Initiated Trials and Access Programs in the US, developing processes in line with global standards. In my current role, I leverage these experiences to enhance the execution of our clinical trials while contributing to the development of groundbreaking cancer therapies for our patients.
