About Liza Strate

I am dedicated to every task given to me and I take pride in going above and beyond expectations. I enjoy learning new tools in technology and I value my work relationships with clients and coworkers. I am currently working as a Software Engineer at Optum Technology on the Salesforce Center of Excellence Production Support team. I have been on the production support team since fall of 2018 and with the Salesforce CoE team since January 2017. I have three Salesforce Certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder. I am also currently working on gaining the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award from Toastmasters International. At Optum I have gained experience with project coordination/management, resource management, requirements gathering, Agile methodology, coordinating training sessions, documenting policies & best practices, communication, and a strong understanding of security requirements for cloud based SaaS tools such as Salesforce, as well as implementing solutions for the security requirements. I have strong experience in the following tools; all Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.), Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Agile Accelerator, Talend Open Studio, Rundeck, and more. I have some limited experience with the following tools: MySQL, Rally CA, Jupyter Notebook & Python, Microsoft Power BI, Jira, Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Marketing Cloud
