At the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service, I directed the $70B+ Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), managed disaster response operations across the country, and pioneered modernization efforts that reshaped how benefits are delivered. From scaling Pandemic-EBT within 4 months across all 50 states and territories to expanding tribal partnerships and streamlining legacy systems, I lead with a clear vision, data-informed strategy, and deep empathy for the people behind the programs. I bring unique expertise at the intersection of federal policy, technology integration, crisis operations, and community engagement.
