Mijn overtuiging dat bewegen en gezonde voeding positieve effecten hebben op de levenskwaliteit van mensen, wil ik graag overbrengen op anderen. Tijdens mijn master opleidingen Brain & Cognitive Sciences en Klinische psychologie ben ik me steeds meer gaan interesseren voor de neurowetenschappen en psychologie in combinatie met voeding, beweging en een gezonde leefstijl. Momenteel werk ik als psychologe in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (SGGZ) en geef ik yoga lessen. Uiteindelijk is holistische zorg in Nederland mijn droom, waarin naast praten, ook het voelen en bewegen, mindfulness en yoga onderdeel worden van de reguliere zorg.
