I am a passionate advocate for healthy living, from what you put in your body to what you put on your body. I love my life and all it has to offer. With that in mind my PR and Events career in Fashion, Music & Property & my vast amount of travels has given me my creative zest for life and led on to further my more curious side, by working in Healthcare and more recently Engineering which has expanded my interests and broadened my horizons. My part time Receptionist roles have been perfect, working around my children whilst being able to provide a customer service with my people skills & network whilst keeping my hand in with social media & utilising my typing & audio skills, various appointment systems and databases. I love an adventure and am a keen traveler having traveled extensively with & without my three children. I've been around the world a couple of times, ridden on a motorbike through Africa (south to north) & driven overland in a camper throughout Central & South America. I am a cheerful, positive, curious & personable being who loves singing, practicing self development, Yoga, Meditation & various other forms of exercise as the mood takes me.
