As the Administrative Director at Life Dental Group, I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple dental practices across MS & AL. With over 16 years of experience in the dental industry, I have developed and implemented best practices for patient care, team building, social media, event planning, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, budget planning, leadership development, and revenue cycle management. My mission is to help dental practice owners and young professionals achieve their career goals and deliver WOW patient care in comfortable, welcoming environments. I work closely with the Life Dental leadership team, which is made up of expert industry professionals who are committed to supporting dentists & growing their practices. I also leverage my skills in marketing and public relations to promote our practices and attract new patients and partners. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive culture for our team and patients, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn and innovate in dentistry.
