I’m a strategic and innovative legal professional, with a passion for innovation, leadership, and supporting early-career legal talent. I’m currently working as Paralegal Acquisition & Engagement Manager at Flex Legal, where I lead the end-to-end strategy for attracting, engaging, and placing top-tier paralegals into law firms and in-house legal teams across the UK. I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating strategic pathways for early-career legal talent. As an unregistered barrister, having completed the LLB and LLM in Legal Practice, I’ve gained advanced skills in advocacy, legal research, drafting, professional ethics, and case analysis thereby building a strong foundation in leadership, critical thinking, and high-pressure communication. My dissertation explored the developing protection of gig-economy workers and employers’ evolving compliance obligations thus honing academic insight and practical expertise around employment law in the evolving legal landscape. I combine people-centric management skills with a data-driven approach, helping to build scalable processes and deliver impactful outcomes for clients and candidates alike, with a deep commitment to widening access to the legal profession.
