Hi, I’m Lizzie Widner—a nonprofit professional who believes in the transformative power of connection. Whether it’s through a heartfelt thank-you note, an inspiring event, or a strategy that sparks generosity, I’m dedicated to creating moments that bring people together and make a lasting impact. My work is fueled by the belief that joy is contagious, and when we invest in people, communities thrive. Currently, as Special Events Coordinator at the PIH Health Foundation, I’ve orchestrated events that don’t just meet fundraising goals—they exceed them. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a golf tournament that raised a record-breaking a testament to the power of meaningful donor engagement and creative collaboration. These experiences have shown me how combining strategy with empathy can create ripple effects of impact. With a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s in Relational and Organizational Communication from Boise State University, my ultimate goal is to make a difference in social impact and corporate social responsibility. I’m passionate about crafting programs and campaigns that inspire action, foster equity, and leave people feeling valued and joyful. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring libraries, hunting for treasures at antique fairs, or connecting with communities at local events.
