About Lizzie Williams

As a dedicated educator with nearly a decade of experience, I am passionate about empowering students with the literacy, career readiness, and critical thinking skills necessary for success. With a Master's in Education from Texas Christian University and certifications in English Language Arts and ESL instruction, I have cultivated a diverse teaching background that spans middle school to high school, traditional to virtual classrooms. Currently serving as a 7th Grade CTE Workforce Readiness Teacher, Grade-Level Team Lead, and District Curriculum Designer at Crowley ISD, I design and implement innovative, career-focused curricula that equip students with real-world interpersonal and executive functioning skills. In previous roles, I have developed rigorous TEKS/STAAR-aligned English instruction, mentored fellow educators, and led interdisciplinary initiatives to enhance student achievement. My expertise extends to curriculum design, professional development facilitation, and fostering equitable learning environments that support diverse student needs. Whether teaching in-person or virtually, I leverage technology and research-based strategies to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences. I am always eager to collaborate with fellow educators, industry professionals, and community stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities for all students.
