As the founder and director of Massive Management, I’ve spent two decades building one of South Africa’s most respected event organisations, creating world-class entertainment platforms that align with strategic brand objectives and deliver measurable results. At the heart of my career is a passion for connecting brands with audiences in meaningful and memorable ways. From high-profile events like the DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival, which I co-lead with my business partner, Tom Pearson-Adams, to culturally impactful initiatives like the Smirnoff Experience and Ministry of Sound SA, I have consistently pushed the boundaries of what experiential marketing can achieve.
