About Lloyd Lindley

Education should never be determined by a ZIP code yet too often, geography decides opportunity. I’ve spent more than a decade tackling this inequity by supporting student success, advancing access, and driving initiatives that transform systems from the inside out. As a doctoral student in Educational Leadership and a TEDx speaker (“The Education System is Rigged”), I bridge research, lived experience, and practical innovation. My work spans higher education, nonprofit leadership, and public speaking always with one mission: to ensure students of every background have equitable access to resources, meaningful curriculum, and pathways to thrive. I co-founded Living A Meaningful Purpose (L.A.M.P.), where we launched youth outreach programs, hosted community podcasts streamed globally, and partnered with local leaders to tackle issues from financial literacy to mental health. Today, I continue that work through research, teaching, and policy advocacy aimed at building globally responsive education systems.
