Assisting in obtaining and maintaining health authorities (local and export markets) approvals for health products. • Performing in-house Product Quality Review (PQR). • Assisting with Clinical Trials health authorities (local and export markets) submissions. • Evaluating current and new products for compliance with applicable regulations, which include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP). • Handling the notarization of compliance reports • Assisting with creating and communicating organizational regulatory work processes. • Assisting with creating and maintaining electronic filing systems for organizational records. • Keeping track of the ever-changing legislations/regulations in all regions in which the company distributes its health products. • Assisting with advising on legal and scientific restraints and requirements. • Collecting, collating and evaluating scientific data. • Helping with planning, execution, and overseeing inspection and testing of health products to confirm the quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables. • Assisting operations with tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental, and health and safety goals. • Assisting with analyzing and investing health product complaints and/or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with the company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. • Helping with the development of and updating company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints.
