Im truly invested in HAVING FUN AND GETTING IT DONE. Major Leasing & Marketing enthusiast! & I cultivate change by encouraging office culture and being the leader that understands each team member is motivated differently. Transparency is key and communication can overcome any obstacle. Whether in an on site or remote HQ role, I specialize in building strong teams and turning communities around from FOCUS sites to top performers. I have 15 years of student housing experience expanding over 40+ markets and wearing many different titles on my name tag! I’ve successfully led a portfolio of 22 sites to their Budgeted Occupancy goals while utilizing Yieldstar with a focus on Revenue Management. I am familiar with client relationships specializing in Owned Assets and 3rd party management. I have worked with Class A, Garden Style and Mid Rise communities. New developments, transitions, dispositions, renovations, CapEx items, Entrata and OneSite are also in my skill set. If you can think of it, I can tell you about how I brought the gLOw into that area.
