About Loa Grastrup

Through my work at Novo Nordisk, as QA in the CMC area, I have worked with both drug product and analytical issues. I am expirienced within master formulas, stability testings, validation of analytical methods and qualification of equipment. Furthermore I have worked with change requests, non-conformaties, SOP writhing and approval. I enjoy my daily work, where it gives me great pleasure to work withh a number of people, from different areas and with different competensies.Earlier I have worked and had internships at two pharmacies, I have learned to provide information to people in a manner easily understood. In agitaed and busy situations I can ceep calm, and handle the situation.In connection to a 6 month scholarship I have worked with phage-infected E. Coli bacteria. Using the method pannig I isolated phage DNA for analysis and performed ELISA's with the phages to access binding abilities.In my master's thesis I worked with organic synthesis of poly(ethylene glycol) linkers.
