With over nine years of experience in software engineering and IT consulting, I am the founder and CEO of SPONTO Inc, a comprehensive IT producer specializing in AI-driven solutions, digital transformation, and next-generation technology implementation. Since founding SPONTO in 2023, we have rapidly established ourselves as trusted partners for enterprises seeking to harness the power of generative AI and automation to achieve breakthrough results. As an Oracle Certified Professional and Master of Science and Engineering graduate from Tokyo Institute of Technology, I bring deep technical expertise in software development, programming, and mechanical environmental informatics to our mission of witnessing "the moment when customers overturn conventional wisdom with next-generation technology." At SPONTO, I lead our vision as "IT"(Comprehensive IT Producer), overseeing a talented team of AI specialists, engineers, consultants, and solution architects. Our comprehensive service portfolio spans AI-driven development, intelligent automation, system integration, low-code/no-code implementations, and specialized IT talent services. I drive our strategic direction while ensuring we maintain academic rigor in delivering scalable, measurable solutions across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and diverse industry verticals. My passion lies in creating transformative value for customers and partners by leveraging cutting-edge technologies including generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and intelligent automation platforms. I oversee the strategy, vision, and execution of our products and services while maintaining and expanding relationships with key stakeholders including investors, enterprise clients, technology partners, and our growing talent ecosystem. Previously, I gained invaluable experience as a technology associate at Goldman Sachs, where I was instrumental in transforming trading platforms to capture new client segments and automate sales and trading workflows. I also contributed to cloud-based application development as a software engineer at Microsoft, experiences that shaped my understanding of enterprise-scale technology transformation.
