About Lodore Brown

I have nearly two decades of professional work experience and a degree in Environmental Policy / Environmental Science. I have over seven years of experience in the legal field in which I reviewed documents and procedures, prepared documents, and tracked the status of hundreds of files at all times. I have created and maintained Excel lists and file systems and I have extensive clerical, reception, and customer service experience including data entry, certified mailings and record keeping, filing, copying, typing, and general support for attorneys, instructors, and supervisors. I excel at verbal and written communication and am proficient at public speaking. I have created professional Power Point presentations and am an excellent proof reader. My education and experience have given me the skills I need for data collection, analysis, and reporting as well as extensive experience with technical writing. During my professional career I have had dealings with government bodies, have managed a department of eight, have retail and educational experience, and am used to busy phones. Most of my position with Outward Bound consisted of working without supervision and required precise organization. In addition, that position and my internship with Leonard Rice Engineers both required a great deal of field work and driving to multiple locations. I very much enjoy driving and the solitude of field work as well as the camaraderie of an office. I have an acute sense of detail, excel at logistics, and am not only well organized but well rounded. The bottom line is, I am a very competent, smart, organized person, and would be a valuable member of your team!
