About Logan Bruce

I'm an English instructor with over 5 years of experience teaching at the middle school, high school, and college level in the United States and Japan. In addition to teaching, I have worked as a writer, copywriter, and editor for multiple companies both domestic and abroad that incorporated several styles among both nonfiction and fiction projects including publishing articles in the Dayton Daily News. Currently, while teaching, I coach soccer and track and sponsor several clubs including culinary club, video game club, Japanese club, and a creative writing club that hosts a writing lab to tutor students in English. Although much of my professional experience is centered around English, communication, and education, I also have over 9 years of restaurant management experience at a theme park where I oversaw hundreds of employees on a daily basis, which was crucial in developing my leadership, training, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and other skills that I rely on to achieve success in any task, project, or mission that I am assigned. At every position I've held, I've achieved a level of mastery at which I am comfortable falling back into the role no matter how much time has past, and with the versatility I have displayed over the years, I am comfortable and eager to reach such mastery in a new role; I am open to work in a variety of fields and await the challenges presented by them.
