Objective I am currently working as a Supervisor for Latcon Excavation. Latcon specializes in dirt work and underground utilities with heavy equipment. Organization and communication have helped me obtain this position. I want to utilize my education and past experiences from other jobs to make an impact in your company and allow myself to achieve future growth and advancement in a career. Experience Supervisor at Latcon Excavation-Pueblo, CO 11/2021-Current The project manager from A&R Construction transferred to Latcon and offered me a supervisor’s position. I had the same responsibilities as before with A&R. I helped complete an addition to Webster Elementary in Colorado Springs under Nunn Construction. I am currently finishing up a new build for Sunset Elementary in Pueblo under Nunn Construction. Foreman at A&R Construction-Pueblo, CO 8/2020-11/2021 I was asked to come back and work with A&R Construction to be a foreman. I have been overseeing projects that include dirt work and underground utilities that require heavy equipment. Everyday I complete daily reports, employee timesheets and safety meetings. Communication and meeting deadlines between different trades, general contractors and my own project supervisor have been very important in this position. I helped complete the Pueblo Community Health Center in Pueblo, CO under Bryan Construction. Office Manager at Front Range Clinic-Pueblo, CO 2/2019 to 8/2020 I took this position because I wanted to utilize my Health Care Management degree. I managed front desk positions, counselors, nurse practitioners and medical doctors. I helped with new patient self-scheduling programs and ways to see more patients around southern Colorado. In this office we strived to help patients struggling with substance abuse and create access for all. Operator at A&R Construction-Pueblo, CO 12/2017 to 2/2019 As a heavy equipment operator I dug for utilities that consisted of water lines, sewer lines, storm sewer lines and site grading around commercial buildings/structures. I would operate loaders, backhoes, skid steers, excavators and tractors. In this position I was responsible for not hitting underground utilities, maintaining heavy equipment and keeping the worksite safe for workers on the ground.
