About Logan Crabtree

All things revolving around computers have always interested me. I started by building my own computer and my passions took off from there. Hacking has played a big role in who I became as a person and how I see the world. I have never illegally hacked anything, but I have some experience with hacking labs and courses teaching hacking. I cannot wait to get into my first job revolving around Cyber Security. I want the challenge of learning new things and protecting the networks/people I work for. I am looking forward to working with other people who are interested in the same things as me, as I work well with others, adapting and spreading opinionated ideas regarding this field. My goals, not only for my job, but for my life are simple. I want to join a company to help defend against hackers and breaches. Later in life I would love to be a freelance penetration tester. It amazes me how much fun that would be. I have more personal goals but they are mainly knowledge based. In my free time, I look at bug-bounties and frequently watch the explanations of bugs or breaches, in the form of write ups, so that one day I may be able to find a bug for myself. I am actively looking for bugs as I need to claim my first bounty, it is another goal of mine to hunt for bug-bounties in my free time. I have quite a bit of scattered knowledge when it comes to this field. I know some Python, some JavaScript, SQL Injections, altering authorization, an AWS Cloud Computing Certificate, and the Burp Suite tool. I have also set up multiple raspberry pi's and I have also gotten familiar with VirtualBox. I have recently dedicated my free time to learning a multitude of different aspects in Cyber Security. Overall, I am a dedicated, passionate, Cyber Security Student, looking for an internship or a chance to start my career in this field. I am a good co-worker, and I work well with others. My hopes are high and they will stay that way, from now until my last day of work.
